公務員として、人事・労務や国民健康保険業務、統計などの業務を担当した後に、都内税理士事務所で勤務。事業会社や医療法人の会計業務・税務を幅広く担当する。2015年からはニューヨークの現地会計事務所にて法人及び個人の会計業務・税務に携わる。

2018年の帰国後は複数の都内税理士事務所にて、事業会社、医療法人、学校法人や外資系企業の会計業務・税務に広く関与。スタートアップ・ベンチャー企業に対しては上場支援業務などのアドバイザリー業務も提供。

2021年に個人税理士事務所を開設。法人・個人を問わず数多くのクライアントに税務・会計サービスを提供。

2024年にアセンディア税理士法人を設立。 After working for a municipal office in the filed of HR and statistics, Mika worked at a tax accountant office in Tokyo. Mika was broadly responsible for accounting and taxation for corparations and medical facalties.
Since 2015, Mika moved to New York and have been involved in accounting and taxation in the United States, at a local accounting firm in New York.

After returning to Japan in 2018, Mika worked at several tax accountant offices in Tokyo, extensively engaging in accounting and taxation for corporations, medical faculties, schools, and foreign-affiliated companies. Mika also provided various advisory services, such as IPO for startups and ventures.

In 2021, Mika established a tax accountant office. and provided tax and accounting services to a number of corporation and individuals.

In 2024, Established ASENDIA Tax Accountant Corporation.
