当法人がお問い合わせを通じて皆様からご提供頂いた個人情報については、以下の利用目的以外では利用致しません。万一、当該目的以外の目的で利用する場合や、利用目的そのものを変更する場合は、事前に皆様にお知らせ致します。なお、利用目的に照らして不要となった個人情報については、速やかに且つ適正に削除・廃棄致します。 Our firm will not use the personal information provided by you through inquiries for purposes other than the ones listed below. 3. 個人情報の第三者への開示・提供について 3. Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

当法人は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者（外国にある第三者を含む）に開示または提供致しません。 Our firm will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties (including those overseas) except in the following cases:

・ご本人の同意がある場合
・個人情報の取り扱いに関する業務の全部または一部を委託する場合
（但しこの場合、当法人は委託先との間で個人情報保護に関する契約を締結する等、委託先の適切な監督に努めます。）
・統計的なデータなどご本人を識別することができない状態で開示・提供する場合
・法令に基づき開示・提供を求められた場合
・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
・国または地方公共団体等が公的な事務を実施するうえで、協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合 - With the consent of the individual
- When entrusting the handling of personal information in whole or in part (in such cases, we will supervise the entrusted party appropriately by concluding contracts concerning personal information protection with them)
- When disclosed or provided in a state where the individual cannot be identified, such as statistical data

- When cooperation with public affairs by the state or local government is required, and obtaining the individual's consent may impede the execution of those affairs

4. 個人情報の管理について 4. Management of Personal Information

当法人は、個人情報に関する法令、規範および社内諸規程に則り、皆様からご提供頂いた個人情報を適正に管理致します。また、当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏洩等について適切かつ合理的な安全対策を講じるとともに、万一の発生時には速やかな是正措置を実施致します。 Our firm will manage the personal information provided by you appropriately, in accordance with laws, regulations, and internal rules concerning personal information. We will also take appropriate and reasonable safety measures against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. In the event of any occurrence, we will promptly take corrective actions.

5. 個人データの開示等の請求について 5. Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Data

当法人は、皆様からご提供頂いた個人データに関して、ご本人またはその代理人から、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等（以下「開示等」といいます）の請求があった場合には、お申し出頂いた方がご本人であることを確認したうえで、合理的な期間および範囲で回答致します。
但し、以下に記載する場合は非開示とさせて頂きます。非開示を決定した場合は、その旨理由を付して通知致します。 If we receive a request from an individual or their representative to disclose, correct, delete, or suspend the use of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc."), we will respond within a reasonable period and scope, after confirming that the requester is the individual in question. ・本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
・当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
・他の法令に違反することとなる場合
・その他、個人情報保護法に基づき開示等の義務を負わない場合 - When the identity of the individual cannot be confirmed
- When the authority of the representative cannot be confirmed at the time of application by a representative
- When the request is not made in accordance with our specified procedures
- When the requested information does not fall under retained personal data
- When it may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
